Step 2:

After reviewing the rest of these steps, click this link:
This will open Skype prefilled with the tel no. already

Click the blue call icon at the bottom of the app:

Step 4:

Wait for dialing to complete, then click on the white telephone pad button at the bottom of the app:

Step 5:

After the voice tells you to enter the conference ID, do so (876148# <-- Includes the pound sign already)
